Description

• Lead and manage the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Oversee compliance with relevant financial regulations and statutory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and financial performance to maintain stability.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement efficient financial systems and processes.
• Support grant reporting and donor compliance requirements within the not-for-profit sector.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.

Profile

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software tools.
• Ability to manage an investment portfolio.
