Role Description

In this role:

* You'll be building strategic and strong relationships with potentially new and existing customers.

* Building strong pipelines of sustainable new business opportunities and growing long term partnerships.

* You'll understand the challenges and ambitions of each customer and share how their unique platform will help them provide the best solutions in the market.

* Use market data and insights to drive new business opportunities - be the hunter!

* Deliver tailor made product based Demos and presentations

* You will leverage internal resources and work closely with marketing, account management, product and Senior Leadership teams to accelerate market growth.

For this role I am looking for someone with strong relationship building skills, proven Business Development exp and field sales experience, someone who has experience of developing C-Suite relationships and with strategic negotiations skills.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role

* Experience in the HealthCare sector, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges

* Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

* Strong negotiation and influencing skills

* Self-motivated and results-oriented

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience in using Salesforce CRM software and other sales tools

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

* Willingness to travel as required
