Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tameside, currently seeking a committed and qualified Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.

About the Role:

Full-time role supporting pupils within a vibrant EYFS setting

Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities

Provide tailored support to children, including those with SEND, promoting inclusion and development

Foster a nurturing and safe environment where children feel confident and supported

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

Has experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable)

Brings a warm, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education

Demonstrates a strong commitment to helping young children reach developmental milestones
