About the Role

A well-established company specialising in manufacturing, installation, and servicing is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join its growing Operations team. This is a key role offering the opportunity to shape its scope and contribute to the success of a business known for quality, innovation, and customer service.

You’ll be responsible for managing reactive and minor works, coordinating engineers, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role suits someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reactive Works Management: Liaise with engineers and clients to meet service level agreements.
  • Minor Works Coordination: Schedule jobs, manage calendars, and ensure timely dispatch of parts.
  • Engineer Support: Share feedback and maintain awareness of engineer schedules.
  • Commercial Awareness: Assign jobs efficiently and maximise profitability.
  • Customer Service: Meet client KPIs and maintain high standards of communication.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ planning experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional approach aligned with company values
