Fabricators - Stockport - £19.22 to £25.56 per hour - Days and Nights

A well-established engineering business in Stockport is looking to recruit experienced Fabricators to support the manufacture of large-scale military bridging systems. This work forms part of a high-profile defence programme delivering critical infrastructure to the British Army. This is a hands-on fabrication role involving the assembly of components to tight tolerances. Welding is not required, but applicants must be confident working from detailed engineering drawings and using a range of fabrication tools and techniques.

Key requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline

Previous experience working with structural fabrications

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Willingness to work either day or night shifts depending on business needs

Shifts and Pay:

Day Shift:

Monday to Thursday - 07:00 to 15:30

Friday - 07:00 to 12:30

Pay: £19.22 per hour
Night Shift:

Monday to Thursday - 21:15 to 06:55

Pay: £25.56 per hour
