We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team! We are a local Elevator Company providing service, installation and modernization.
- Handle customer service call dispatching
- Help manage field employee scheduling
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, billing, quickbooks
- Previous elevator industry experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and File work
