A leader in the provision of fire protection services is looking for experienced fire stoppers to join their team. You will be working on both residential and commercial projects, carrying out new installations of and remediation works to live working buildings. The works cover the Northwest of England and will be on a variety of project types including social housing, hospitals, student accommodation and care homes.

The successful candidate will have:

At least two years' fire stopping experience

*

NVQ level 2 passive fire protection

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Experience with batt and mastic, fire barrier and compound

*

Fire curtain experience desired but not essential

*

Good knowledge of passive fire products and manufacturer materials

*

Surveying experience would be an advantage

What's on offer?

Fire stopping installations and remedial works to properties across the Northwest of England (Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Stockport)

Full time, permanent employment with a reputable contractor within the passive fire protection industry

*

£32,000 per year (pro-rata) based on a 40hr working week

*

Some travel time paid

Company vehicle, fuel card and phone

*

Training and support to become a fully accredited passive fire installer to FIRAS standards
