We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a well-established and reputable building services provider, working on a prestigious corporate banking site in the City of London.

You'll be joining a tight-knit on-site team of four engineers, supporting the maintenance and smooth operation of critical building systems in a modern, high-spec environment.

The Role:

Location: City of London (Corporate Banking Building)

*

Salary: £47,000 basic

*

Working hours: Monday-Friday

*

Early Shift: 7am-4pm

*

Late Shift: 10am-7pm

*

Call-out ROTA: 1 in 4 weeks (£100 standby)

*

Team size: 4 engineers on-site

Responsibilities:

*

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to electrical systems and associated plant.

*

Supporting mechanical and HVAC systems when required.

*

Fault-finding and diagnostics on building systems.

*

Compliance with health & safety and company procedures.

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.

*

18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.

*

Proven experience in a commercial building services environment.

*

Strong fault-finding and maintenance background.

*

Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude.
