Production Manager - Poole

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

Hours:

Monday to Friday
Rotational Shifts 6.00 - 15.00 & 15.00 - 00.00
42.5 hour per weekKey Responsibilities

Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts, and warehouse
Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision-making
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity
Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety, and profitabilityRequirements

Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment
Track record of delivering output in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
A data-driven leader with strong commercial awareness
Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing waste
Experience within managing teams in the Automotive, FMCG, Recycling/waste processing or Logistic sectors at a high-volume is beneficialWhat's in it for You?
