Registered Domiciliary Care Manager – £35,000-£40,000 + Bonus 

 

Our client, a well-established domiciliary care service is looking for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead and develop its home care operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven care leader to take ownership of a growing service, ensuring high-quality care for clients and strong support for staff.

 

The role is suited to someone who combines excellent leadership and organisational skills with a genuine commitment to person-centred care. In return, the service offers a competitive salary, bonus scheme, company car, and a comprehensive healthcare plan.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary/home care (essential)

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards

  • Experience with CQC inspections

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills

  • Effective communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in marketing and growing a care business, with a track record of service development and expansion

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant care in line with CQC standards

  • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to the care team

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff

  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure service sustainability

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external professionals

  • Develop and implement strategies to market the service, attract new clients, and grow the business

  • Drive continuous improvement and growth of the service
