Assistant Town Planner!

Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a close-knit multidisciplinary consultancy in their hire of an ambitious and experienced Assistant Town Planner!

Working closely with experienced colleagues in both the Planning and Land teams, you'll support the strategic promotion of land and assist in identifying potential development sites. You'll be involved in both the strategic planning and development management processes, gaining exposure to a wide variety of work from early-stage site appraisals to the submission of planning applications.

Who We're Looking For

A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning or a related subject (essential)
A genuine interest in land promotion and residential development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from a highly experienced team
A desire to work in a collaborative, sociable, and commercially minded environment
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
