This is a busy, customer‑facing role where you'll manage enquiries via phone and email, process orders, solve problems and keep multiple jobs moving at once. What You'll Do

* Handle customer enquiries from first contact to delivery

* Speak confidently with clients, including large corporate customers

* Create and follow up quotes

* Process orders accurately

* Liaise with internal teams to keep jobs on schedule

* Stay organised while managing several live tasks

* Resolve issues calmly and proactively
