Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Plymouth

Nurse Seekers are extremely proud to be recruiting a fantastic Clinical Lead for our client's nursing home in Plymouth. Our client provides Nursing care to elderly people in a beautiful, modern environment. As the Clinical Lead you will be a Senior member of the Nursing team and be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and managing the wider nursing and care team.

About You

Experience of working with a Nursing Home
NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
Full Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is NOT on offer)
Skills Required

Strong Leadership
Effective use of time for self and staff
Up-to-date clinical skills
Knowledge of the current care practices laid down by the CQC
Knowledge of dementia care
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to nurture and develop staff
