Our client is seeking a qualified Commercial Plumber to join their maintenance team working within and surrounding area's of Hounslow. The successful candidate will maintain and repair communal water distribution systems within blocks of flats and occasionally work in plant rooms. Full training is provided for progression to a Commercial Engineer role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and repair communal water systems in residential blocks

* Work on hot and cold-water distribution services and communal heating systems

* Diagnose faults, source parts, and complete repairs to a high standard

* Ensure compliance with current regulations and legislation

* Maintain professional communication with residents and colleagues

Requirements:

* City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing

* Formal Water Regulations training

* Asbestos Awareness certification

* Training certificates in Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid (1-Day)

* Minimum 3 years' plumbing experience

* Strong knowledge of communal plumbing and heating systems

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

* £38k - £42k - depending on experience

* Weekday overtime: Time + ¼

* Weekend overtime: Time + ½

* £5 per first-time fix bonus

* On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ per annum
