Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a high-quality, child-centred residential service? We're looking for a passionate and resilient leader to take charge of a 2-bedded EBD home based in Wembley, London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported home with one child already placed and a strong infrastructure in place. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing therapeutic, nurturing care that empowers young people to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall leadership and management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations
Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people
Oversee placement planning, staff development, and audits
Promote a warm, stable, and therapeutic environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and care standards
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Experience supporting young people with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
