We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical installation and commissioning for a high-end residential construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential electrical systems, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team on-site

Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, regulations, and project specifications

*

Read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints

*

Oversee the installation of wiring, lighting, switchboards, and other systems

*

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks

*

Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers

*

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OH&S guidelines

*

Manage timelines, materials, and labor to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Gold ECS card

*

SSSTS / SMSTS

*

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in residential construction

*

Strong understanding of residential wiring, systems, and building codes

*

Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors

*

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

*

Ability to work from technical drawings and plans
