Call Center Assistant
The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for speaking with prospects, scheduling, and collecting information for financial services advisors.
· Ability to commute to the station location
· Ability to listen carefully and communicate effectively with different types of clients
· Proper phone etiquette skills
· Available on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11 am
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
· Ability to answer the telephones using a script
· Ability to answer questions and inform clients about financial radio show
· Ability to schedule appointments for financial advisors
