We're working with a leading accountancy firm that boasts one of the UK's most respected Creative Sector Tax teams. Following recent growth and a high-profile merger, this team is looking to hire a talented Tax Senior or Assistant Manager with experience in creative industries tax relief.

This is a standout opportunity for a tax professional who is excited by the fast-paced and diverse nature of the creative industries. The firm acts for a broad portfolio of household names across:

  • Film & TV production (including global streaming platforms)

  • Theatres (both traditional and immersive)

  • Video game developers

  • Orchestras

  • Museums and galleries

The team is at the forefront of developments in HMRC practice thanks to a strong relationship with the Creative Industries policy team - meaning their clients benefit from cutting-edge insights, especially when planning new productions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and delivering creative sector tax compliance and claims inc R&D

  • Advising clients on how to maximise creative industry tax reliefs

  • Providing wider tax advisory support across areas like employee incentives, international structuring, and capital raising

  • Conducting technical research and reviewing work from junior team members

  • Contributing to business development through insights and proposals

What we're looking for:

  • Professionally qualified (CTA / ACA or equivalent)

  • Strong technical background, including experience with Film/TV tax relief claims

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills - able to work closely with creative clients and internal teams

  • Team-focused mindset with an interest in coaching and mentoring

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet client expectations
