Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities Service

Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: C. £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
Full UK Driving Licence Required

We're looking for a Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready to step up) to take the reins of a small, homely, and well settled service for adults with learning disabilities in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading day-to-day operations of the service
Creating and reviewing care and support plans
Mentoring and supervising staff
Managing referrals, assessments, and local authority meetings
Overseeing medication and internal audits
Planning engaging, community-based activities
Driving quality through governance and complianceWhat We're Looking For:

Experience in learning disabilities services (as a Registered Manager or Deputy)
Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards it - Level 3 minimum)
A flexible, proactive approach to shared on-call duties
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A passion for inclusion, independence, and quality care
