Overview:
Human Engineering is recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to cover Scotland on behalf of a highly regarded company in the heavy machinery repair and service industry.

This is a field-based, permanent role focusing on selling equipment servicing, repairs, and parts related to earthmoving, crushing, screening, and recycling machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a defined sales territory across Scotland

*

Develop new business and nurture existing customer relationships

*

Promote service contracts, repairs, and parts for heavy machinery

*

Work closely with service engineers and technical teams

*

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

*

Sales experience in the heavy machinery, construction plant, or capital equipment sectors

*

Understanding of mechanical or hydraulic systems is an advantage

*

Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Full UK driving licence is essential
