Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Location: Colchester (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 basic (negotiable DOE & written business) + Commission

• Basic Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (negotiable based on experience and performance)
