Responsibilities

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

* Oversee and manage daily site operations on a busy solar project

* Coordinate and liaise with contractors, including scaffolding, roofing, and electrical teams

* Ensure all work is completed in line with project timelines and safety standards

* Conduct site inductions and enforce health & safety procedures

* Monitor progress and report updates to the Project Manager

* Maintain high standards of site organisation and compliance

Requirements

* Proven experience in M&E or solar project environments

* Valid CSCS card

* SMSTS certification (essential)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities effectively

* Solid understanding of health & safety regulations
