Clinical Lead Nurse - Elderly Nursing home

Overview

Florin Healthcare have partnered alongside a fantastic private elderly care provider for a Clinical Lead position in Southwest London. As a Clinical Lead you will be providing strong and effective clinical leadership in partnership with other professionals, and you will be facilitating the delivery of the excellent nursing care to all residents. The role is a split between 2 days supernumerary and 2 days floor work and is on a rota basis which means does mean the role will also cover weekends too. It is a 48 hours per week and paid breaks included.

The service is a luxury elderly care home that provides nursing, residential and dementia care and is compliant with CQC. You will have an excellent clinical team around you alongside a fantastic management team.

Key details

* *Must be NURSE Qualified*

* Must have worked within elderly nursing services previously.

* Must have good leadership skills

* Mixture of 2 shifts supernumerary & 2 floor shifts

* 48 hrs per week Monday to Friday

* Shift patters are 4 days on a rota basis.

Salary: £25 per hour - paid breaks

The service: Medium sized elderly nursing home with dementia and residential care.
