Salary: £52,500 + Bonuses + Training & Development + Pension
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Shift: 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights

The Maintenance Engineer role
* Planned and reactive maintenance across food processing and packaging machinery
* Electrical fault finding on PLCs, inverters, control panels and site services
* Supporting improvements, projects and new machinery installations
* Maintaining high standards across engineering and food-grade environments
Maintenance Engineer - What they're looking for
* Level 3 qualification or a completed apprenticeship
* Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical understanding
* Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG or food production
* A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
* Commutable to Boston
