Job Title: Part Time Office Coordinator
Location: City Centre, Bristol
Remuneration: £27600 pro rata (£16,500 based on 22.5 hours per week)
Contract Details: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, Part-Time (22.5 hours/week, 4 days, 9am-3pm)

Responsibilities:

Greet and escort visitors, ensuring a warm welcome.
Manage meeting room bookings, set ups and hospitality arrangements.
Log faults and issues with the Helpdesk for prompt resolution.
Attend operational meetings to foster excellent communication.
Maintain compliance by ensuring all systems are updated and in order.
Liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers to enhance service delivery.
Oversee catering and event coordination to create memorable experiences.
Handle mail sorting and courier organisation efficiently.
Support management in external accreditation audits and compliance tasks.
