Our client, an established Accountancy firm in Leicester, over 100 years old, is seeking to recruit an Outsourcing Manager, an exciting new position, to support the current growth of the business.

Duties for the Outsourcing Manager:

• lead and oversee the delivery of monthly and quarterly management accounts
• manage a team delivering bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and forecasting
• review processes using cloud based tools
• prepare and present financial performance insights
• main client point of contact
• support new client onboarding
• lead and mentor junior team members

Skills required for the Outsourcing Manager:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
• confident managing a portfolio of clients
• experience of Xero
• attention to detail
• excellent written and verbal skills
• commercially focused
• knowledge of process improvement
