Details of a maintenance engineer:

* Days - 6am - 14:00pm

* Monday - Friday

* Overtime available

* £35,000 - £37,000 + Shift allowance = £1,675.20

* Worcester, Blackpole.

Role of a maintenance engineer:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of production machinery and supporting services across the site. This role is key to ensuring minimal downtime and supporting continuous improvement

Requirements of a maintenance engineer:

* Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within a manufacturing or engineering environment

* Strong knowledge of:

* Electrical systems (fault finding, wiring, sensors, motors)

* Mechanical systems (bearings, belts, gearboxes)

* Hydraulics and pneumatics

* Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline)

* 17th/18th Edition (desirable but not essential)

* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and plant equipment

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults

* Support the setup and commissioning of new equipment and installations

* Carry out planned maintenance schedules and ensure accurate record keeping

* Identify and implement improvements to increase uptime and productivity
