Business Improvement Manager

Business Improvement Manager - £465 per day. My client is looking for an experienced Business Improvement manager, responsible for supporting and leading process improvement at scale. The main aim of this contract will be to perform an analysis of the current quality improvement processes the company has at hand and assist in enhancing and developing these to enable progression of the company goals. Responsibilities: - Surveying existing approaches to quality improvements. - Identification and communication of challenges encountered and opportunities for enhancing or accelerating the process. - Present opportunities for improvement to stakeholders while providing recommendations regarding priorities. - Coordinate and execute observational studies and evaluations to support implementation and improvement through interviews and in-person observations, and supporting data analysis. Skills and experience: - Experience within healthcare or NHS operations. - Work with data analysis, strategic planning and process improvement. - Capacity to work with/lead a team. - Exposure to Life QI system (desirable). - Knowledge of an integrated care system (desirable).
