Peterborough, Cambridgeshire (office-based)
£22500 basic + OTE £35,000+ (uncapped)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Key responsibilities for the Sales Executive role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Generating new business through outbound calls and proactive outreach

* Building rapport with prospective clients and introducing services

* Qualifying client requirements and identifying opportunities

* Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of leads

* Understanding basic business financial information

* Working towards daily activity targets including calls and talk time

* Converting leads into qualified opportunities

* Keeping accurate records within internal systems

* Supporting senior team members with deal progression

* Contributing to team targets and overall business growth

Skills and experience
We're looking for a Sales Executive who has the following:

* Some experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment

* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people

* A motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset

* Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively

* Good organisation and time management skills
