ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP)Permanent | Salary up to £70,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join a specialist neurodevelopmental service delivering high-quality care to children, young people, and adults with ADHD, including those with co-occurring mental health and neurodiverse conditions. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled clinician to work as a specialist practitioner, managing their own caseload while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The service is committed to delivering evidence-based ADHD care and supporting clinicians with strong professional development opportunities. The Role As an ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber, you will play a key role in the assessment, treatment, and pharmacological management of ADHD across the lifespan. You will work autonomously within professional guidelines and service policies, while collaborating closely with medical staff and other prescribers to ensure safe and effective patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a highly specialist practitioner in the assessment, treatment, and pharmacological management of ADHD.
  • Manage your own clinical caseload of children, young people, and adults with ADHD and co-occurring conditions.
  • Work autonomously within professional guidelines, taking full responsibility for your clinical practice.
  • Initiate, titrate, and review ADHD medication in line with prescribing policies.
  • Coordinate ADHD medication review and titration clinics in collaboration with medical staff and other non-medical prescribers.
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to ADHD care and treatment planning.
