Assistant Business Partner - Digital and Data Profession

Certain Advantage is hiring for an Assistant Business Partner - Digital and Data Profession based in Cardiff 

This role is on a 3 month contract basis and is hybrid.

The Role:

This role is for a dynamic People Specialist or HR Business Partner—someone experienced in job evaluation, and ready to make an impact.

You'll be responsible for:

Writing, reviewing, and evaluating job descriptions aligned to frameworks like Agenda for Change and GDaD
Ensuring consistent tone, structure, and clarity across all job documentation
Working closely with line managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation
Embedding inclusive language and aligning with EDI and legal standards
Supporting the rollout of digital tools (including AI-enhanced processes) to improve efficiency
Managing documentation governance including version control and library maintenance
About You:
You'll bring a background in HR, People, or L&D with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of job content design.

You'll need:

CIPD qualification and membership
Strong writing and reviewing skills with a focus on clarity and inclusive language
Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital content tools
Experience of job evaluation frameworks is highly desirable
Knowledge of Agenda for Change, GDaD, or public sector HR practices
