Are you an experienced HLTA or unqualified teacher seeking rewarding and flexible roles? Academics Rochester is working with several primary schools in Gravesend and the wider area looking for enthusiastic HLTAs to join their teams.

In this role, you'll lead lessons, support small groups across core subjects, and play a vital role in creating a positive learning environment. Positions are available on both full-time and part-time contracts, starting from September.

What we're looking for:

HLTA qualification or solid classroom cover experience

Confidence managing classes and supporting teaching staff

A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
