We are seeking experienced Support Workers for flexible, double-up 2- 4hour shifts. These roles are ideal for those who have a background in care or support roles and possess an enhanced DBS on the update service. We are committed to providing exceptional care to individuals with a range of needs including children with autism, individuals with learning disabilities, and elderly patients.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support tailored to the needs of individuals in various settings such as community locations or residential homes.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of all clients.
  • Assist with daily activities and personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behaviour.
  • Ensure all interactions and activities comply with healthcare standards and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Care or Support roles.
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service; assistance is available for DBS applications if needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to varying needs.
  • Must have legal status to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
