We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sports Graduate to join a forward-thinking secondary school in the Salford area as a Teaching Assistant. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has completed their degree and is keen to build a career in education, youth work, or coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Work with small groups or individual students to boost progress, behaviour, and confidence

• Assist with the organisation and delivery of PE lessons and extracurricular sports activities

• Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a focused classroom environment

• Provide pastoral support and act as a positive role model to students across the school

The ideal candidate will:

• Have completed a degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field

• Be available full-time, Monday to Friday, during school hours

• Be passionate about supporting young people in a school setting

• Have a confident, proactive, and professional attitude

• Be interested in pursuing a career in teaching, coaching, or youth work
