M&E Quantity Surveyor required to work for an exciting and reputable building services company working across the Midlands. You will have exposure to working across the Healthcare, Residential, Retail Education and MOJ sectors. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be looking after all contractual and financial controls and managing the delivery of commercial project objectives. Working from Birmingham on large scale projects. We seek someone with clear and concise communication as well as the spirit to work in a team.

M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

You will need to ensure commercial & contractual control and coordination of the project.
