Our established client based in Egham are looking for an experienced Air Freight Operations Coordinator to manage shipments from booking to delivery.

Mon - Fri hrs (office based)

**Salary 30K - 35K ** subject to experience

Job role duties include :-

• End-to-end coordination of air freight export shipments

• Booking freight with airlines and overseas agents

• Preparation and checking of air freight documentation (HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists, DG where applicable)

• Liaising with customers, airlines, handlers, and overseas partners

• Monitoring flights and proactively managing delays

• Accurate job costing and file completion

• Supporting time-critical and urgent shipments when required

Previous experience desirable

• Experience with e-Customs

• Experience using cargo forwarder / freight management software

• Experience with AOG, pharma, or time-critical freight

• Dangerous Goods knowledge or certification
