We're working on a new role with a lovely Mayfair investment firm. They are a well-known investment firm headquartered in New York with smaller offices around the world. Culture wise – they are a very supportive, down to earth and friendly team who know when to get their heads down but also know when they can switch off and enjoy themselves. They work to high standards and really look after their employees.
They are looking for a team Receptionist/Office Assistant to join the team in an extremely busy role with scope for growth. There will be the traditional front of house duties, with meeting and greeting, booking meeting rooms, acting as first point of contact, but on top of that there are ad hoc EA and Office Manager duties. They are looking for someone who is happy to jump in to help the EAs/Office manager with booking travel, managing diaries, liaising with suppliers and keeping on top of office supplies etc. It will be a meaty role with lots to get involved with.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience in financial services or a corporate environment who is personable, flexible and someone who can work at pace to a high standard. A Spanish speaker would also be a bonus!
