Warehouse Operative – 6 Month Contract

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bracknell who are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking orders and preparing them for dispatch
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles (by hand or using a forklift truck)
• Pallet wrapping, stacking and putting stock away
• Checking deliveries for damaged or missing items
• Sorting goods and moving them to the appropriate storage areas
• Keeping accurate stock records using the warehouse management system
• Operating a forklift truck to move and organise stock safely (training will be provided)
• Maintaining health and safety standards within the warehouse at all times
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
• Making deliveries when required

What We’re Looking For

• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Forklift experience is an advantage, though full training can be provided

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay

£12.71 per hour
