Our client delivers Civil Engineering projects across the south west and due to an increase in work, they are looking to recruit a Freelance Contracts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a regional contractor who deliver infrastructure, highways and earthworks projects.

As Contracts Manager you will:

* Be responsible for managing multiple sites, liaising with Site Managers, ensuring that works are carried out according to company health & safety standards, to programme deadlines and to budget.

* Have pre-construction experience, planning/programming projects, writing quality submissions etc.

* Be commercially astute, working closely with Quantity Surveyors, ensuring projects financial performance and all variations are captured.

Our client requires a Contracts Manager with:

* ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

* Experience of working within the Civil Engineering sector and a strong understanding of earthworks.

* Experience in delivering schemes from inception to completion.

Salary/Benefits:

£400-£500 CIS Umbrella
