• Estate and succession planning for individuals and families
• Asset and wealth protection advice
• Drafting and advising on onshore trusts
• Preparing tax-efficient wills, including trust structures
• Probate and estate administration matters
• Court of Protection work
• Powers of attorney
• Acting for individuals, families, trustees and private wealth advisers
• Exposure to national and international private client matters

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum of 4 years’ PQE within private client law
• Strong technical foundation with a willingness to develop expertise
• STEP membership advantageous but not essential
