This is an excellent opportunity to join an AJ100 architectural practice who provide a wide range of design services to the industrial sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Architectural Technician to join their growing team in their Newark offices.

Duties for the role of Junior Architectural Technician include:

• Assist with and help deliver on a range of industrial projects
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages

Skills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice is desirable
• Proficiency with Revit
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
