• Proven ability to manage high-value cross-border deals
• Focus on client service and delivery
• Capability to handle independent transactions for clients based in Scotland and London

Skills:
• Proficiency in Scots real estate law
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong attention to detail and pragmatic approach to transactions
