An exciting opportunity for experienced Call Centre Agents has become available with this international company, overseeing their expanding South African operations based in Johannesburg.

As Call Centre Agent you'll be a brand ambassador contributing towards the business objectives of the contact centre - focused on trade & clientele engagement converting sales & providing superior customer service.

These roles will be servicing their USA & Canadian clientele & requires evening shifts.

Requirements:

• SA National or valid work permit
• Ability to work evening shifts
• You'll need a strong background in hospitality reservations, sales or travel arrangements.
• Matric (Grade 12) - Diploma or a degree and relevant tourism experience preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
• Minimum two years working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary Offered: R15 900 + benefits + allowances
