We are currently recruiting a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a well-respected residential care home in Liverpool, specialising in palliative and end-of-life care. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced carer looking to step into a senior role and make a real difference.

• Support residents with personal care, nutrition, mobility, and medication

• Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care

• Assist the nursing and management team in supervising care staff on shift

• Maintain up-to-date care records and follow care plans

• Promote dignity, respect, and comfort for all residents

• Support staff training and mentoring when required

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum)

• Experience working in residential care and with palliative/end-of-life needs

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• A caring and professional approach

• Right to work in the UK
