We are recruiting a number of HGV Class 2 for a well established company based in Bicester, delivering fresh produce to business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete start-of-shift vehicle checks and report any defects or damage.

* Review your delivery route and ensure you have all required keys, PODs, and delivery guides.

* Verify all PODs for scheduled deliveries.

* Ensure legal compliance before starting your shift.

* Deliver goods to the correct storage areas (e.g. fridges/freezers) within customer premises.

* Handle all goods with appropriate care.

* Immediately report any delivery issues to the transport office.

* Use provided delivery software to record deliveries and capture photos.

* Complete end-of-day checks upon return to the depot.

* Refuel and clean vehicle as required.

* Return all equipment and documents (PODs, keys, devices).

* Complete necessary dispatch paperwork and download your digital tachograph card.

Key Requirements:

* Ensure vehicle is roadworthy and compliant with legal standards.

* Maintain security and accuracy of deliveries.

* Follow Safe Loading practices and adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

* Communicate effectively with both external customers and internal teams.

* Follow all delivery instructions with accuracy and professionalism
