What You'll Do as a SEN Learning Support Assistant:

* Provide consistent 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs

* Assist with classroom activities, behaviour support, and personalised learning plans

* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure holistic support

* Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards with care and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

* Experience as a SEN Learning Support Assistant or in a similar support role

* Understanding of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, or PMLD

* A nurturing, patient approach and strong communication skills

* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, Health & Social Care, Youth Work)
