My client is an award winning building contractor looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have forged your career to date with a regional or national building contractor and will be experienced in overseeing the commercial function of a construction business, running a team of Quantity Surveyors and reporting to the Managing Director. You will be an ambitious self starter as this role is a precursor for a Commercial Directors position in time. Experience in sectors including commercial new builds, new build and heritage works would be highly advantageous. Please send a CV in the first instance
