Operations Manager 


Immediate Start

The Company:

We are currently working with a leading facilities company to appoint an Operations Manager based in Coventry. The perfect candidate will be hungry to develop and will bring a good amount of experience into an Operations Manager role, specifically within a commercial setting.

The purpose of the operations manager will be to manage the day to day logistics and implement daily processes, inspections and checks for a busy shopping centre. You will be responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance and ensuring the centre is running as smooth as possible. 

Day to Day

Complete periodic updates / accuracy reviews of the evacuation and emergency plans

Implement, record and report on tenants inspections to be completed annually

Manage, monitor and record utility usage and costs

Implement, review and manage key performance indicators for security, cleaning, refuse, maintenance ensuring standards, hours, staffing etc are delivered

Liaise with the Centre Manager regarding financial spend for reactive and PPM works

Desired Experience.

Ability to work under pressure

Organisational Skills

Experience of quality, health and safety, fire and environmental policies and procedures

IOSH qualified

Flexible approach to working hours, including working weekends on a Rota basis and sometimes being on call
