Job Title: PFI M&E Project Manager
Location: UK-wide (travel required and can be expensed)
Contract: 10-12 weeks
Day Rate: £350-£400 per day (inside IR35)

My client are looking for an experienced PFI M&E Project Manager to join their team on a 12-week contract, managing key projects across multiple UK sites.

This role requires a strong background in M&E services within PFI environments, ideally in the healthcare or public sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project management services, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple M&E project workstreams across various UK sites within PFI frameworks

* Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and close

* Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

* Ensure all project documentation is maintained and aligned with compliance and governance standards

* Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation effectively

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety, statutory, and contractual requirements

* Provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within PFI environments, preferably public sector

* Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and infrastructure

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations

* Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management in PFI settings

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide

* Enhanced DBS/will pass an enhanced check
