Salary: £52,413 - £54,495 + £5,000 welcome payment + £3,000 annual retention

You will manage a stable, well-structured team made up of an Advanced Practitioner, 4 Social Workers and an ASYE. You'll oversee caseloads, provide case supervision, quality assure practice, and work closely with partners to protect and support children.

Requirements

Social Work England or Wales registration
Qualified social worker with completed ASYE (if post-2012)
Strong frontline children's social care experience
